Typographical Errors
Astraea strives to make every piece of information accurate. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Astraea shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Astraea shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Payment and Importation
Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to any locations. You will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.
Returns
Customer wishing to apply for a refund must do so within 30 days from date of delivery. To request for a refund, contact us via your online account and include the order number in your inquiry. The customer shall bear the return shipping costs. All returned products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Astraea will assess a 10% restocking fee on all returned physical goods. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refund will only be arranged with the condition that the returned unit is in both proper working and good physical condition (free from scratches, cracks, and/or other types of physical damage). Units that have become non-functional due to misuse, abuse and/or other factors within customers' control are not eligible for return. NOTE: Astraea recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Astraea or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
