It has to be said, he’s a cool dude. And now a knight. Dr Terry Pratchett, CBE is now Sir Terence Pratchett, honoured in the New Year’s honours list.
Also nice to see Courtney Pine getting a CBE. (My mum was invited on stage by him in 1997 when I first heard his cool riffs at an outdoor concert in Bangkok- he jammed on 2 saxes at once and did a duet with a scratchin’ DJ!)
