More evidence that exercise increases lifespan.

A healthy lifestyle is not complicated: eat right and keep your body active.  You don’t need to be an ascetic or athlete – you just need to be human (not a vegetable).  Eat a balanced diet and not too much, and shake yourself up regularly!

Another study just released underlies the vast improvement to lifespan and health that comes from regular exercise.  In this study, regular running was found to half the risk of death from cancer and delay the onset of disabilities by 16 years! Read the linked article and you’ll be surprised by the massive difference in health and longevity earned by runners.
